Service Area
Domestic: We deliver across the Indian subcontinent. If your pin code is serviced by our logistics partners, your order will be shipped within 2 working days of placement or within the maximum time period mentioned on our website, depending on the location.
International: FarmsBazaar ships to select countries. Shipping timelines and charges will vary based on the destination and logistics provider. For more information about international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Schedule
Processing and Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays, public holidays, and local/regional holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the following business day.
Special Lead Times: Some products may require additional lead times for preparation. Please refer to the product information page for specific details before ordering.
Shipping Process
Logistics Partners: We use trusted logistics partners to ensure prompt and safe delivery
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the shipment’s progress.
Report Issues: Any delivery-related issues must be reported within 30 days from the shipping date. Complaints made after this period will not be entertained.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order
For orders with multiple products, the total shipping cost is the sum of the individual shipping charges for each item.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. FarmsBazaar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
Order Tracking
To track your order, log in to My Account > My Orders on FarmsBazaar.
Click on Order Details to find the order status, tracking ID, and Track Order button.
Tracking IDs will be provided once your order is shipped and can be used on the logistics partner's website for updates.
Delivery Time
Domestic OrdersOrders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement. Delivery timelines depend on the logistics partner and destination:
Porter: 2-10 working days
Xpressbees: 2-10 working days
Bluedart: 2-10 working days
Amazon Shipping: 2-10 working days
Delhivery Logistics: 2-10 working days
International Orders
International orders may take 7-45 working days for delivery, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and logistics partner.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays, which are beyond our control.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
FarmsBazaar is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Additional Information
Large or Bulk Orders: These terms do not apply to large-sized or bulk orders. For such orders, tracking details, vehicle numbers, and driver contact information will be shared during dispatch.
Peak Season Delays: Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
